erm.... MEN's WORLD.... from my point of view...erks...*Speechless* ehem..firstly... SSBM-coming out of the closet-syok sendiri statement ... I ni LELAKLEM..... so, hakikatnyer I lelaki BUT I BEG TO DIFFER FROM BEING IN THE MEN's WORLD...(kalau dalam context lain ok je kotsss) sebab...very koserest to think about MEN's WORLD....why?? LETIH laa... sebab I ada my own set of mind... being a Lelaklem...I tak bother sangat about this MEN's World nih..... but...kalau assignment tu..assignment laa..... **Praaap!!! Ehemm..tq to Cik Lea yang menganjurkan dan memberi topik unuk minggu kedua nih....terima kasih also to this hamba ALLAH for dia punyer input on how to blog...to dia punye taste (semoga dapat markah lebeys yerr!! *die la bondaa!) ehem..also many many thanks to jury2 first week for all those komen2 yang membina.... I really appreciate it..aiyohh...ni acceptance speech ke ape ni???

ni dari pandangan kacamata seorang LELAKLEM yang kaki kanan di dunia LELAKI dan kaki sebelah lagi kat dunia NYATA.......

Ehem... KERJAYA, PEREMPUANS and SEX....without chemical X = MEN'S WORLD... *maaati la Proffesor Power Puff Girls. Sad, but true.... kebanyakan LELAKI yang I kenal.... MAJORITY yer... mementingkan perkara ketiga dan kedua dalam APA-APA PERBINCANGAN sekalipun... tapi usually the discussion itiew adalah dikalangan MEREKA SAHAJA!!! dan...menjadi seorang Lelaklem...ade kala mek terperangkap dalam situasi itiew.. aiyooo.... tak kuasa...

Salah satu kes yang telah memerangkap I di dalam perbualan bertemakan Men's World ini adalah denagn seorang Pak Guard kat tempat kerja we ols... Aiyoo... citer nyer gini... ari tuh la (PAST TENSE!!!! Hoooray!!) ala2 tgh sbuk nak buat satu show ni, manakala cheq dah la memotong kain nih nak dibuat costume untuk keesokan harinye...ala-ala manakala jam semakin berjalan dan hampir jam 11 dan Pok Guard itiew mahulah menghalau we ols semua kua..sebab dia nak tutup lampu etc... so I pun rush rush (sila nyanyi ala2 Paula Abdul--eh ye ke PA nyanyi lagu tuhhh??!) la nak balik..manakala dah punch out....aiyooo....kain la tertinggal...dah la nak settlekan costume itiew malam itiew jugers... isk isk isk terpakssssalah I pi balik bilik I dan amikkain yang dah siap di potong itiew, As i walked out...Pok Gurad kertu itues telah mongomen..."Kalau ajak awek ke suruh awek menjahit ke takke bagus...cepat sikit keje ko tu siap!" Erk!!! AWEK!!!??!!! PUHLEASEEEE!!! CANT U SEE THAT I NI LELAKLEM!!!??? BUTAKAH POK GURAD ITIEWW!!! soo..my simle answer was : ehemm..'Awek sekarang ni reti ke menjahit??? MENJAHIT LAIN RETI LA" <--I terkesima u olssss..... ADAKAH STATEMENT ITU MEMBUATKAN DIRI INI TERGOLONG DALAM MEN'S WORLD???!!! I tak percaya i telah kuarkan stetment yang gaak tidak pro feminis...*Die La Bonda like thiss!!! - Cik Lea, topic untuk minngu depan u ols... ehemm... PERLUKE LELAKLEM PRO FEMINIST??? Erm, firstly APOLOGIES to kaum Pompuan u ols.... tak bermaksud.. but seems like SEX is the MAJOR TOPIC at that moment-and it happened BAWAH SEDAR!! isks... *maati la makk!!!

Ehem...KERJAYA....CAREER...menjana KEWANGAN yang menjadi motivasi lelaki untuk SPEDORAMA perbuatan dan kata-kata... Ok, what is a GUY without a career in this modern times??? well, ramai yang xder kerjaya...tapi rezeki memasing kan.... erm... I DONT THINK MEN (in general) ever think of their CAREER nowadays... why I say that??? Well, dari my observation lahs... men nowadays prefer to ENJOY LIFE rather than thinking of a career...erm..I think MEN ( in general) nowadays are getting more irresponsible..entah lah..thats what I see anyway..sebab tengok la ratio lelaki:wanita yang masuk IPT tahun ini??? (tolong refer suratkhabar harian anda yerr) so, bukankah di situ tampak jelas hala tuju kaum lelaki?? (Eh...Hem ni ape??!! - Leo...JAWAB!!!) so for me, career is sangat-sangat important for the MALE SPECIES..sebab species ni la yang bertanggungjawab sebagai pemimpin, to lead and pave the way...LELAKI = Ketua keluarga, pencari rezeki utama etc...dan juga bahan igauan hadek-hadek...(ikut taste memasing....Kie...setuju takkk???) heh heh heh... SO... CAREER TU PENTING UNTUK LELAKI..... ehem...peladan/pesawah pun KERJAYA ye.... bukan setakat pose-pose dugong dalam office air-con yer..... and bukan duduk kat lorong-lorong sambil mengkak namkan diri dgn DRUGS... SAY TAK NAK TO DADAH yerrr....

PEREMPUAN itu pelengkap lelaki.... ok... but... guys... MOST OF THE TIME..ITS TOO MUCH..tapi tak pe lah... sebab orang PEREMPUAN JUGA CIK PAT-CIK PAT (pls refer to Prof Imah punyer blog yerrrrr...) about U Ols yer.... habisss luar dalam u ols diorang cik pat...so kirenye Pompuan=Lelakiss...heheheh... tapi kan...wahai orang lelaki.... perlu ke PEREMPUAN ni rencah utama dalam resipi harian U Ols????? most of the time i rase too much... tapi...itu semua sendiri-sendiri tanggung la kann...

SEX.......hmmm taboo topic....sasah kat blog nih...(kalau u ols tengok entry2 dolu kala..ade la SKET! tapi sekadar SUB TEXT dan SEMIOTIC ajer) Erm......ni susah nak let loose sket... tapi memang laaaa kalau dah namanyer LELAKI..... takleh lari from this three-letter-word.... but i guess this element makes up the Men's World...... sebab...LELAKLEM pun lelaki jugak..tapi dalam konteks yang berbeza sedikit....(ehe...pikiaq sendiri)

erm..ade tak cerita past tense yang leh relate dgn issue ni?? ADA!!! tapi ...for myself lah!...tu je kottt entry kali nih....

I nak tribute kan entry ni kat LEEZ..... ehem..avang2 ni u ols suke tak???? oops...forgot.. u like Melayu...hehe

KESIMPULAN: LELAKLEM TU LELAKI JUGAK..tapi dalam MEN's World nih... ala-ala sebelah kaki jer terpijak...pada dasarnye same aje... memang tiga elemen itu rencah dalam donia lelaki... tak leh dipisahkan..so kalau dah nama lelaki tu..lelaki la...tu jer... tq.

I really had a great time ( noy forgetting stressful moments - esp in the pre-show period...) Most of all.. I just want to thank ALLAH for giving me this opportunity...how ever could i repay You.

Into the sunset I drove home.... End of a really really exciting and tiring day..... 

TIPS FOR A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

Well, whoever is in a relationship would want to maintain the relationship right? Especially when one individual has found the ‘perfect’ couple…. Well, for me…a relationship does not only concern someone that we love and trust…but to other people who is around us. As for me, my life as an educator too need some guidance for a healthy relationship between me and my students…. Well..I hope some of these stuff I picked up would be a great help……tapi sangat2 general dan lebih terfokus kepada yang nak buat kawan2 baru la kan... dan a few tips yang sangat GENERAL. - eh am i repeating my self or am i doing it PAST TENSE?? *maati la ah Kiew!!





Here are some tips for starting a healthy dating relationship and ways to stay safe:

Ini untuk kategori kawan-kawan yang baru dikenali…so these tips very seswaiiii for people who are meeting for the first time – chatters, blind dates…

Get to know a person by talking on the phone, webcam etc before you go out with them for the first time.
Go out with a group of friends to a public place the first few times you are spending time together.
Plan fun activities like going to the movies, tengok concerta ka, show ka…-as long tempat tu public giler
Be clear with the other person about what you feel comfortable doing and what time your parent(s) or guardian(s) or friend (s) expect you to be home.- PENTING SANGAT UNTUK MINORS AND ANAK DARA…(well anak2 dara, REMEMBER yang u ols tu di bawah tanggungan siapa…U ols sayang parents u ols tak??? Kene jugak menten relationship dengan parents yerrr…)- err..anak jantan pun perlu juga take note-especially bile bawak anak dara orang keluar...well..yang penting, it applies to ALL!)

Tell at least one friend, tak pun a family member where you are going, who you will be with, and how to reach you.

Tuh lah antara2 tip-tip yang harus diberi perhatian sebagai permulaan dalam memulakan persahabatan atau perhubungan sesame manusia… itu baru permulaan yerrr…….

Haaa….perluke banyak lagi? Yes… sebab…human relationship ni KOMPLEKS yer..sekompleks sukan vukit jalils itiew..yer… manakala:

Untuk menjamin sebuah relationship yang healthy…. Boleh disimpulkan beberapa point berikuts untuk direnungkan lagi bersama…(if only this blog could be read in the bilik termenung)

What ever it is,

COMMUNICATION is important.... a breakdown in communication hanya akan lead to minconception = HARU BIRU u ols...

FEEL COMFORTABLE - one has to... kalau tak selsea dangan keadaan, situasi yang anda sedang alami bersama rakan, kekasih atau dengan siapa anda berada... how are you going to enjoy urself and nak feeling-feeling...

BE YOURSELF! - tak payah nak berlakon...in a relationship takde siapa nak tengok lakonan kita yer...

PERCAYALAAAHHH!!!! - TRUST...penting...ibarat garam penyedap rasa dalam relationship..still takleh lelebih kang kene highblood dan kalau kurang..tawar laks..

KENALI DIRI SENDIRI DAN BERPEGANG TEGUH KEPADANYA... (erm NYA ni bukan PASANGAN ANDA YERRR!!!) insyaALLAH..God Willing...akan lancarlah perhubungan itu..SILATURRAHIM u ols....

and to finish off....

express your opinions and have them respected (even if your partner does not agree with you)- COMMUNICATION people!!!!

take the relationship slow and only progress at your own pace -

have your feelings about any sexual activities respected;

have your physical and emotional needs regarded as important as your partner's; and not be physically, sexually or emotionally abused

Yang sedang bercintun-cintan, asyuk-masyuk also perlu tahu perkara2 ini:

Know the danger signs - You can tell if you are in an abusive relationship by keeping an eye out for these danger signs:

is when your partner wants to know your every move and checks up on you;
will not allow you to make your own decisions; and/or

ok, this always worry me..be it in a general relation or a special relationship...when one of the two begin to get dominant, one shopuld put on guard... think of ourselves more than the other, always keep a higher percentage of feelings to ourself than to give to the other...AND...the most percentage SHOULD be given to our Creator.....bukan ape ye, diri kita ni fragile, we are meant to be fragile...paling strong sekali pun, silap haribulan (kerana cinta..aku kembara...-ala-ala) THE OTHER HALF COULD JUST SNAP YOU...ini TIDAK healthy..........

Remember that healthy relationships are about feeling good about who YOU are and
feeling SAFE with another person. You have the power to create healthy
relationships all around you just by paying attention to who you are inside and
what makes you happy. By getting to know yourself, it will get easier to
recognize the differences between healthy and unhealthy relationships.
Communication, trust and respect are the key ingredients for healthy

Well, itu sahaja hidangan saya untuk assignment pertama saya.... aiyoh..ingatkan senang...tapi tidak yer... I learnt a few things jugak buat entry nih... well, semua ini biasanya di bawah sedar pemikiran kita...tapi bila di ketahui sedikit cabang ilmu itu...iskks...berharga sungguh ilmu yang diperoleh itu...so manakala..

Bukit China revisited

Trip back to Malacca with my parents on Saturday to attend 1. My nephew n niece's Khatam Quran and 2. Kenduri Arwah for my cousin who passed away 10 years ago. Went to visit the graves of my grandparents, cousin, uncle and relatives and visited my Mom's family home, which is delapidated now..Sad..I remembered it as I was a kid....Well, cest la vie.

Saturday Rendevous @ UPM

I spent the whole day today with my University Cultural Troupe PESKA at UPM for the annual Malaysian Universities Cultural Council (MAKUM) National Day celebrations. I helped out with their make up and putting on their costumes. I was reminiscing the day when I performed at one of these functions back in the year 2000!! My God!!! that is agessss ago!!! - Ermmm..Lea...I pun PAST TENSE JUGER KER??? *maaati la aku!!! Anyway, had a great time today... and most memorable of all.... pls scroll down... :)
