nanti2 lah I hapdatekan... Intan... since u ols selalu singgah, kalau nampak sawang tu please buangkan ek?? nanti belanja Choc Sundae kat McD... bole?? hiks~ *mati la mek

ok la... nak pi balik bilik I... nak sambung wat keje..tak pun pi lunchies *mati la ukurlilit sebelum meeting kul 2.

Busy

BUSY... SUPER BUSY

been very busy lately...esp last week and my modem is out..kaput...

what've I been up to?

1. in Bed with bad fever after Royale Gala
2. Fashion show at the Summit on Saturday.. met Abg Haz @ Tukangtaip at the rehearsals...
3. Was on duty for the Uni's open day... till Sunday night - My fac won best Booth... huhuhu
4. Missed Sutun 2's premiere.. as well as ASA 2005. Sorry Ezad :(

I dunno whats the problem with the connection here, or the browser but it seems like I cant upload fotos. Shucks.

Royale Gala

The Permaisuri of Kelantan, Sultan of Selangor and the Raja Muda of Perak was at my uni yesterday, on some official visit, so I was called up the day before to help out with the preparations of the models for the Fashion show. There were 2 shows, one at 3 pm and the other at 10.15pm, the latter only started at 11. The show went well and by 1230 am, it was all over, sent my students back to their respective residential halls (propah kan???) and me getting home at about 1.30 am. I was damn tired and I was not feeling well at all. My tonsils started to swell and i felt feverish. I decided to take the day off and just sleep it off. Am I working TOO HARD?? *laughs out loud*

هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الأَرْضِ جَمِيعاً ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى إِلَى السَّمَاء فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ 2. 29.

Dia-lah Allah, yang menjadikan segala yang ada di bumi untuk kamu dan Dia berkehendak (menciptakan) langit, lalu dijadikan-Nya tujuh langit. Dan Dia Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu.

لَهَا سَبْعَةُ أَبْوَابٍ لِّكُلِّ بَابٍ مِّنْهُمْ جُزْءٌ مَّقْسُومٌ 15. 44.

Jahannam itu mempunyai tujuh pintu. Tiap-tiap pintu untuk golongan yang tertentu dari mereka.

وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَاكَ سَبْعاً مِّنَ الْمَثَانِي وَالْقُرْآنَ الْعَظِيمَ 15. 87.

Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah berikan kepadamu tujuh ayat yang dibaca berulang-ulang dan Al Qur'an yang agung.

تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ السَّبْعُ وَالأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدَهِ وَلَـكِن لاَّ تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبِيحَهُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَلِيماً غَفُوراً 17. 44.

Langit yang tujuh, bumi dan semua yang ada di dalamnya bertasbih kepada Allah. Dan tak ada suatupun melainkan bertasbih dengan memuji-Nya, tetapi kamu sekalian tidak mengerti tasbih mereka. Sesungguhnya Dia adalah Maha Penyantun lagi Maha Pengampun.

قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ 23. 86.

Katakanlah: "Siapakah Yang Empunya langit yang tujuh dan Yang Empunya 'Arsy yang besar?"

وَلَوْ أَنَّمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مِن شَجَرَةٍ أَقْلَامٌ وَالْبَحْرُ يَمُدُّهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ سَبْعَةُ أَبْحُرٍ مَّا نَفِدَتْ كَلِمَاتُ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ 31. 27.

Dan seandainya pohon-pohon di bumi menjadi pena dan laut (menjadi tinta), ditambahkan kepadanya tujuh laut sesudah nya, niscaya tidak akan habis-habisnya (dituliskan) kalimat Allah

الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقاً مَّا تَرَى فِي خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَنِ مِن تَفَاوُتٍ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَى مِن فُطُورٍ 67. 3.

Yang telah menciptakan tujuh langit berlapis-lapis. Kamu sekali- kali tidak melihat pada ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Pemurah sesuatu yang tidak seimbang. Maka lihatlah berulang-ulang, adakah kamu lihat sesuatu yang tidak seimbang?

أَلَمْ تَرَوْا كَيْفَ خَلَقَ اللَّهُ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقاً 71. 15.

Tidakkah kamu perhatikan bagaimana Allah telah menciptakan tujuh langit bertingkat-tingkat?

The Final Curtain Call and Encore with Standing Ovation

It's the end of the spectacle. Got to watch the FINAL show of PGLM, Planned to just lepak at the foyer, but rezeki came knocking TWICE. Alhamdulillah. first one: got ticket from Mahyuddin Sidek (costume designer for PGL the Movie also my senior at the Fashion Dept ITM) - he had one spare ticket. Really did not expect this. I had the ticket in my hand, but I was not mentally prepared at all to watch it in the auditorium, I just wanted to lepak with Sultan Muzaffar who'm i was surprised to meet that very night - he too came to see the ending of the much talked about PHENOMENON in Malaysian Theatre. Second Rezeki: Whilst lepaking at the foyer with SM, suddenly a rep from Enfinity came up to SM and offered seats (Media) - well SM kan famous blogger... hehe... So, entah camne... I pun tag along dgn SM and by the Keraton Scene with Tuah and Gusti Putri, we were seated at the Grand Circle... Masya ALLAH!! what a view!! (deep in my heart I felt so BAD coz my mom didnt get to watch PGLM- tickets were all snapped up-SAD)

The Final Show was full of energy, despite the 1/2 hour delay for the second half, some technical problems arised (it seems that one of the scanners blew - they had to replace and re-programme the lighthing sequence). True, much as I expected that when I compare the show I watched on the 9th and the final night, It has matured tremendously.

Stephen's acting WAS SOO MUCH BETTER and Tiara's was clean, and full of emotion, especially at the very last scne, singing her final aria. You could hear her shaky voice. I could imagine what was going through her mind and heart at that moment - the very last performance of the Malaysian Musical Phenomenon - Puteri Gunung Ledang. I actually shed a tear at that moment. Not only that, my friend Zeqhty, one of the ensemble told me that they actually BAWLED on stage at the very last scene as Gusti Putri came down from the stupa.

As the stage lift rose for the very last time, with the imagery of the Borobodur Sculptures, I became teary again. Thanking God for letting me be there to witness it. I wonder if PGL is ever going to be staged again in Malaysia.

Good luck to al the people who worked so hard for PGLtM. U guys have made history and a benchmark for future Musicals in Malaysia.
