2 weeks dos

Dah 2 minggu dah puasa. Masuk 3rd week. 2nd week been very mild for me. Busy dgn 50 tahun, busy dengan classes, itu ini begitu begini. Sounds like excuses but its not. I tak macam some ppl yang buat ALASAN je. Oh My.. that reminds me, I have not sent to Lea diamonte dia! I try to send it by tomorrow insya ALLAH.

I have not been getting enough sleep lately, but frankly speaking, bukan sebab nak 'buat apa yang dituntut dalam bulan Ramadan' tapi melayan kawan2 online like Isis *matila YOU TUBE MADTV, LeeZ and tak lupa, si LKY yang kebelakangan ni rajin sungguh membuat rancangan make over LIVE thru webcam dia *matitak mek?.. *lariiiiiii. hehehe.

Entahlah, ORANG KATA bulan puasa ni perbanyakkan amal ibadat. Gosh 2 minggu dah fly dan I rasa macam biasa aje. Ade ke peningkatan? my my my. *GOD HELP ME!!*

Jumaat petang dapat sms dari Aris. Piece dia bertajuk BERINAI akan dipentaskan di ET ASWARA dari malam Jumaat - malam ni. Aiyo. Very der lah kan show malam2 Ramadan ni. For me kire ibadat jugak tu dan pengisian keseluruhan JAMU 06 ni pun tak la melampau. Semua ada tema sendiri. Quoting Joseph Gonzalez: Not everyone is born to dance and to choreograph, It is a dedication to God. I agree.

Berinai Abang Aris ni simple je storyline dia, tapi image dia dan unsur semiotika yang diaplikasikan memang cantik! warna merah dan putih menguasai pentas *mind u its rose petals - fake lah*

Opening of Berinai ni if i'm not mistaken is an excerp of the Quran, but me not sure from which surah with Fauziah Nawi reciting the surah, then, Aris lighting up oil lamps around the circle of white and red petals. For me, it connotes the meaning of lighting up a new life for the newly weds as well as, a notti connotation: Bukak Api. hehehe.

The costumes used is white. All white. Depicts the sacredness of the marriage constitution as well as purity. The flowy chiffon of the female dancer's costume tells me that the bride is pure and has that tinge of sexiness, eventhough she is wearing the hijab. A little detail that I wish to comment is the rose petals dalam tudung, dimana ada satu scene Aris dan pasangan nya membuat duet, sedikit demi sedikit kelopak mawar itu bertaburan gugur ke bumi. What does that tell you? As for me, it adds up the richness of the texture of the performance and symbolises penyerahan isteri kepada suami. BEAUTIFUL!

The piece yang deemed Islamic by the choreographer ni, boleh la I katakan Islamic, sebab body contact minimum, pakaian wise, sopan. Apa-apapun. Tahniah kat Abg Aris. Ni la COMEBACK show dia.

So, apakah harapan saya utk 2 minggu akan datang? semestinya meningkatkan aktiviti2 yang berpatutan. Semoga diizinkanNYA.
